Volunteer Hours

Parent and family involvement contribute to the intimate atmosphere and overall success of the school activities. The Parent Guild provides leadership for these activities and oversees traditional fundraisers that enrich the curricular and co-curricular programs at Our Lady of Mount Carmel School. Each family is required to volunteer 30 hours of service to the school, with 3 hours being specifically devoted to helping with our annual Auction and 2 hours being devoted to our Spring Carnival.  Parents are responsible for reporting service hours directly to our Volunteer Coordinator at olmcsvolunteer@mountcarmelschool.net.   Families will receive an accounting of their hours each January, at which time any unfulfilled Auction hours will be billed.  All remaining hours must be completed by April 30th.
